Industrial threephase vacuum cleaner (400V), certified Atex zone 22, motorized using a side channel turbine, produced in-house and made with die cast aluminium. Extremely sturdy, quiet, powerful and reliable, it is suitable for continuous use, even 24 hours a day. The unit is turned on and off using a magnetothermic switch that is protected by an IP 55 protection box. The turbine also includes a clearly visible vacuum gauge that is useful for the operator to quickly check the state of the filter saturation.

Machine suitable for the suction of great quantities of dust thanks to the larger filter surfaces area.

The filtration system uses a conductive cartridge filter treated with aluminium and certified in the M class series. It is washable and protected by a patented special chamber in INOX that greatly reduces the risk of clogging, creating significant advantages in terms of suction efficiency.

The filter cleaning is also made easier and guaranteed by our patented POWER SHAKE system, which is controlled by a simple lever, and assures perfect automatic cleaning, avoiding the tedious e or unpleasant situations that are involved with removing and manually cleaning the filter.

OPTIONS:

• HEPA filters H 14 BIA-certified according to EN 60335-2-69 with efficiency 99.995% tested at 0.3 μ. The filters are mounted inside the primary M class filter.
• VULKOLAN WEELS Oil resistant and non-marking wheels
• REMOTE CONTROL
• For operation in centralised plants using the appropriate attachments to connect the suction hose. NOT AVAILABLE ON ATEX ZONE 21 VACUUM
• CHANNELLED EXHAUST To channel the exhaust of air from the turbine into a hose. Normally used in a suction plant.
• TURBINE SILENCER Kit for use with the channelled exhaust to reduce the noise levels at high frequencies.
