Suitable for vacuuming of highly explosive materials, especially aluminium, magnesium or titanium fine dust and powders. Ruwac Industriesauger GmbH has developed the wet seperator for the safe and reliable neutralization of explosive materials which are vacuumed or rather seperated. This wet separator guides the suction medium through a liquid to neutralize it.
The method is suitable for the extraction of explosive materials and for the vacuuming of flammable titanium/aluminium/magnesium dusts according to the German regulations BGR 109/BGR 204 and the data sheet T 036 (BG Chemie). The dust particles are guided through the raw gas stream into a liquid and getting disposed by moistening. The particles are sedimenting and become mud which is collected and depending on the type, being discharged.
